Sell the city one set of keys at a time. Run the viewings, talk the price, and make a house feel like somewhere worth living.

Palm State's property market runs on people, not menus. An agent is the one who meets a client at the curb, walks them through the place, argues the price, and hands over the keys at the end of it.
We are looking for people who can hold a scene on their own: patient with a first-time buyer, straight with a time-waster, and able to make a two-bedroom sound like the best decision anyone ever made. You will be shown the property tools once you are in — what we cannot teach is the part where somebody enjoys the viewing.
Applications are read by staff. Take your time over the answers; short ones are hard to say yes to.
