What we will ask you

• Why is impartiality critical, and how do you stay neutral when you know the players involved?
• A defendant's lawyer is clearly stalling the trial. How do you manage your courtroom?
• Sentence a first-time offender vs. a repeat offender for the same crime — what changes and why?
• Write a 3–5 sentence sample ruling for a simple case of your choosing.
